The early months after birth are a tender season. Your body is healing, your baby is adjusting, and your heart is learning a whole new rhythm. It’s a time of love, joy, and often—overwhelm.
That’s why we created MamasBloom Postpartum Care: a 6-week, fully online program that surrounds new mothers with guidance, connection, and community from birth through 6 months postpartum.

Our Circles
Because no two motherhood journeys are the same, we offer two supportive groups:
Mamas First Bloom
For first-time mothers finding their footing in early motherhood. From birth recovery to feeding choices and emotional shifts, this circle helps you begin with confidence.
Mamas Next Bloom
For mothers welcoming baby number two (or more). We focus on balancing newborn care with older children, reshaping routines, and protecting your own energy.

- Welcoming Motherhood: healing, adjusting & setting gentle expectations
- Your New Identity: navigating emotions & building support
- Feeding Your Way: breastfeeding, combo or formula—without guilt
- Rest & Recovery: sleep, body healing & self-care rituals
- Love & Relationships: partner dynamics & family “help”
- Your Village: sustaining support & planning return to work/study
How It Works
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Format: 90-minute live Zoom sessions, once a week
- Group Size: 10–14 moms for intimate support
- Extras: Reflection prompts, resource sheets & private cohort chat
- Led By: MamasBloom facilitators with guest experts on select topics
